St. Louis Symphony bring you An American in Paris!
Celebrate Mother's day weekend with St. Louis Symphony who will play the score to An American in Paris live whilst the film is played on the big screen.
The six academy award winning film, and one of the American Film Institutes Top 10 Greatest Movie Musicals of All Time, stars Gene Kelly and Leslie Caron with original music and lyrics by Ira and George Gershwin.
American WWII veteran Jerry Mulligan is trying to make a reputation in Paris as a painter and falls for Lise Bouvier, a young French girl who's already engaged. However, his paintings come to the attention of Milo Roberts; a rich American heiress who's interested in more than just Mulligan's art.
So don't worry about travelling to Paris this year - St. Louis Symphony is bringing Paris to you!
