Just saw Bat Out of Hell in London. AMAZING!!!! Phantom of the Opera has been my favourite for over 20 years and this tops Phantom!!!! THIS is how Jim Steinman's art should be experienced!!!! It will not disappoint!!!!

I went in wanting to love this show. But the house sound was terrible. The ensemble was buried in a muddy mix, and even the mics on the key cast members was uneven. If I hadn't already known most of the songs, I wouldn't have known what was going on with the story. Left after act I. Didn't return for act II. Staff at the Fox was great. No complaints about the venue. The Fox is a great place to see a show. Just not this one.
