FUNNY SHOW WITH A HEART

I love the show. Fun from start to finish. No offense meant but its 2 times the fun of Mama Mia

WHAT A TREAT

We had a wonderful time seeing the play, very entertaining. The costumes were beautiful and the actors filled them out perfectly. I want to see it again, I loved the songs that I couldn't keep my feet still in following the beat. I wouldn't take my child to see it but I would take my Mom if she was alive. I'm a senior citizen and if I find it's great you should too.

COULD HAVE BEEN MAGICAL

I remember paying an ungodly amount to see Janet Jackson lip sync in Los Angeles in the 80's thinking I might has well be home watching MTV. Same feeling last night in St. Louis at the Fox watching 3 divas descend from the ceiling music pounding "It's Raining Men" and they couldn't even be bothered to move their lips! What happened to the live in theater? An opportunity was missed to wow the audience, because the music chosen was spectacular: What's Love Got to Do With It? I Say a Little Prayer, Don't Leave Me This Way, I Will Survive, etc. I'm a Motown girl straight from Detroit and wanted to love this, but it just felt tired. Choreography looked like something from a high school stage, costumes were too over the top to be appealing and stage set was a bus that circled. So disappointing.
