The global smash hit

Set around the all-out disco hits of colorful Swedes Abba, Mamma Mia is the story of love and friendship, past, present and future and dancing!

The show was the brainchild of British producer Judy Cramer and playwright Catherine Johnson, who was motivated to create the Abba based spectacular after meeting with two of the band's founding members, Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus. Seeing the theatrical potential apparent in the superstar band's hits, the show was born, and has spawned numerous international productions and inspired the global smash hit movie starring Meryl Streep.

This blockbuster musical contains all of the bands' most famous hits, including 'Super Trouper', 'Lay All Your Love On Me', 'Dancing Queen', 'Waterloo', and many more! You can catch its feel good vibes when it plays Fabulous Fox Theatre in St. Louis , MO , Ended 8 Nov 2015.

What is Mamma Mia! about?

On the sunny Greek Island of Kalokairi, Sophie is dreaming of her forthcoming wedding to Sky, but is saddened that her mother Donna has never told her about her father. As Donna struggles to confront her past, her and two best friends take a trip down memory lane, recalling their glory days as glam rockers Donna and the Dynamos. But will seeing her ex-lovers rekindle old flames? And who is Sophie's father anyway? Find out in this crowd-pleasing juggernaut!
